If 7th & 12th lord or constellation are placed interchangeably.
Venus and Rahu conjunction or Venus having malefic aspect.
Moon & Rahu conjunction. It makes fragile and tend to fall in any disputes in life.

One of the combination for example which i have seen in male birth chart as having following combination. Seventh lord Venus in Aries ascendent being in eight house placed with lord of 12th house makes person unfaithful to marriage and sex maniac. The person was so addicted to sex. There was hardly any morals left and did not ready to stop extra marital affair even after marriage and was strong supporter of his wrong deeds.
Although we need to see all combinations in chart apart from this. If person has Jupiter or any other natural beneficial planet aspect on these bad combination then it might lower the bad effects of these combinations.
