Useful tips for living a stress free life

-Make a list of three things which can bring happiness in your life. Now imagine you've got all these things in life. Do it in morning for just 2-5 minutes because your mind is most active at this time and can imagine the things easily which are yet be materialized.

-Make a list of three things for which you are grateful in life and imagine the moments when you first saw/received these things in your life. Do it before sleeping at night for 2-5 minutes because at that time our mind tends to think more about past and would be relaxed to think about positive things.

-During the whole day, just remember one thing that none of the problem in this universe is greater than the one who created this whole universe. All you need to learn how to connect your self with that power.

We do many things to keep our body fit but hardly do any thing to keep our mind fit. By following above, we dedicate some time to relax our mind so that it could work effectively. The only way to live a stress free life is to bring more happiness and faith in life instead of focusing on hurdles and problems of our life.
