The shamshan (Graveyard) Sadhana has huge importance in Aghor Panth, Hence they live there doing sahana in graveyard is fruitful for them. Since a normal man never visits graveyard on daily basis their sadhana does not get disturbed.Aghoris dont have any sense of good or bad, which is why when they are thirsty, they drink their own urine as well. They are quite stubborn. They can go to any extent if they get angry. MostlyAghoris have red eyes when they get angry, however, their heart is always at peace. Wrapped in black clothes, Aghoris wear human skull around their neck.Aghoris keep themselves separate from normal life. They live in their own world in which they sleep during day time and do Sadhana during night. They dont keep any contact with normal people.

In this Sadhana, the prasad is offered yo the dead body which can be alcohol or can be flesh.Shamshan Sadhana: In this Sadhana other members of Aghoris family can be included. In this Sadhana, instead of a dead body, Shavpeth is worshiped. Gange jal is offered in this pooja. Inthis pooja instead of flesh and alcohol, Meva is offered as prasad.
