LOVE BEFORE CONCEPTION
If it doesn't taste like freedom,if it doesn't feel spacious and new,if it doesn't radically soften the heart,if it doesn't bring you closer to the raw living truth of existence,it isn't love.
It is addiction, the search for love outside of yourself.If it feels heavy, if it feels like hope and longing, if it feels urgent and contracted, please realise, these are simply feelings!Held in love, yes!Loveable, of course!But not all of love!Not the totality of love!For love is vast, as vast as the oceans.
So do not confuse itwith something smaller,something passing.Like a fantasy or a sensation.Or a grasping motion.Or a desire for something thatisn't present.Or a sense of comfort.Or a memory.
These are the ever-shifting weather patternsand you are the sky.Be the sky, the vastness of love.Alive. Wide open.Free.Complete in itself.
Never grasping.Ever present.Never seeking,yet knowing...Love was your namebeforeyou were evenconceived.
